Account and registration

We require a valid government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement to verify your address, your mobile number, and a valid email address. Upload these through your account settings under Verification. The ID must match the name and email you provided during registration. We process KYC within 1–2 business days; you will receive an email when verification is complete or if we need clarification. During peak periods (around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha), verification may take longer. Until you are verified, you cannot withdraw funds, though you can deposit and play.

Visit dredge and click Open Account. Enter a username (4–20 characters, alphanumeric and underscores only), email, mobile number, password, and confirm your password. Tick the terms checkbox. Click Create Account. You will receive a confirmation email; click the link to activate your account. Log in with your username and password. Go to Account Settings and upload your KYC documents (ID, address proof). Once verified (usually 1–2 business days), your account is ready for deposits and withdrawals. You can place bets and play games before verification, but withdrawals are blocked until verification is complete.

Log in to your dredge account and navigate to Help or Support. Select the category that matches your issue (Account, Payment, Game Issue, Security, Other). Describe your problem clearly, including any relevant details (transaction ID, username, or time of the issue). Attach screenshots if needed. Click Submit Ticket. You will receive a ticket number via email. Our support team responds within one business day during Jakarta business hours. For urgent issues (account locked, security breach, withdrawal not received after 3 days), click the Live Chat button on your dashboard to reach us immediately.

Payments and transactions

From your dredge account, go to Deposit. Select local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Enter the amount and click Deposit. You will be directed to the payment app's login screen (on mobile) or a payment link. Log in, confirm the payment, and return to dredge. Your deposit typically appears in your account within subject to verification. If payment fails, check that your app account has sufficient balance and that you are using the correct mobile number. dredge also accepts mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet / mobile banking / local payment / online payment virtual accounts (you transfer via your own bank app and notify dredge of the transaction). Virtual account deposits may take subject to verification to 2 hours to settle during business hours, depending on your bank.

dredge does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your own bank or payment app may charge a small transfer or admin fee; check your provider's terms. e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet typically do not charge for peer-to-business transfers on their end. mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual account transfers may incur a small bank fee depending on your account type and the amount. Withdrawals are processed to your original deposit method at no extra cost from dredge. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes back to local payment; if via online payment virtual account, your withdrawal returns to your e-wallet account.

dredge occasionally offers welcome bonuses to new accounts or reload bonuses during promotional periods. Any bonus is subject to terms set out in the promotion details at the time you claim it. Typical terms include a playthrough requirement (play the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw), restrictions on which games count toward the requirement, and an expiry date (usually 7 or 14 days from claim). Read the full terms before accepting a bonus. Not all bonuses are available in all regions; bonus availability depends on your jurisdiction and account status. Markets and games

dredge covers major football leagues and tournaments: Liga 1 Indonesia, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and international tournaments including Piala Asia and the World Cup (when active). We also offer MotoGP, badminton, and esports including Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. For each match or tournament, we offer market types such as match winner (1X2), total goals (over/under), both teams to score, Asian handicap, and more. Markets and odds vary by event and region. Security and account care

We encrypt your password, email, ID number, and banking details using industry-standard SSL encryption. Your data is stored on secure servers; we do not sell it to third parties. We share data only with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet networks) to process your deposits and withdrawals, and with law enforcement if legally required.
